Below are the services and amenities available to all our guests, regardless of the room category chosen.
Conditions
In this section, you will find the general conditions of Hostal Puerta Almar, designed to ensure a clear and trouble-free stay. We recommend that you read these conditions carefully, as they cover important aspects for your comfort.
Check-in is from 15:00 onwards.
Standard check-in time is from 15:00 hours. Early check-in is subject to availability for an additional charge.
Check-out is before 11:00am.
Standard check-out time is 11:00 am. Late check-out is subject to availability at an additional charge.
No smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the rooms. Smoking inside the room will incur a penalty to the value of the next night's room rate to cover cleaning charges.
Pets are not allowed
To ensure the comfort and peace of mind of all our guests, pets are not allowed on the premises, with the exception of those accompanied by guide dogs.
Hours of silence
The rest of other guests must be respected, avoiding excessive noise. No parties or private events are allowed on the property premises.
Non-transferable reserve
The reservation made is personal and non-transferable. It may not be transferred or modified in favour of another person without the prior authorisation of the establishment.
Liability for misuse of the room
Any misuse or damage to the room will be charged to the guest's account.
Liability for personal property
The motel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings during the guest's stay.
Payment Policy
In order to guarantee the reservation, guests must provide a valid card at the time of booking. This card will be used exclusively to apply our cancellation policy. Full payment for the stay is due at check-in and can be made by cash, credit/debit card or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival date. Cancellation within 72 hours prior to check-in or in case of no-show, the first night's room rate will be charged, including any applicable government taxes.
*IMPORTANT: The standard cancellation policy is applicable all year round. However, for bookings with a check-in date between 1st June and 1st September, in case of cancellation within 72 hours prior to arrival or no show, 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged, including any applicable government tax in force.
The property reserves the right to expel guests in the event of inappropriate conduct, behaviour that endangers safety or health, or for any other reason related to the well-being of other guests and/or staff. This shall apply in particular if guests do not follow the instructions given by the staff, display discriminatory attitudes, harass or cause nuisance to other guests and/or members of the staff. In this case, no reimbursement will be made, neither for services already enjoyed nor for those that remain unused.
